An important measure of the quality of children’s hospitals in the U.S. is the yearly rankings provided by a magazine called U.S. News & World Report. Each year, the magazine surveys hundreds of pediatric centers for data about 10 specialties and asks hundreds of pediatric specialists in each specialty where they would send the sickest children.

The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is consistently ranked as one of the top children’s hospitals in the U.S. News Honor Roll, and ranked in the top three in the nation for every pediatric specialty evaluated.
